Employee Communication

Communication and enrollment are the most important pieces of the benefits puzzle.  While we deal with insurance products everyday, your employees do not, and they may not know all they need to know about their benefit needs and their benefit solutions.  Our job is to help your employees assess their needs and solve their problems.  To accomplish this we educate and communicate through various media, our call center, and face-to-face counseling.  All of our representatives are trained in our needs-based assessment program, regardless of their prior experience.  Our job is to make sure your employees find the product that fits their needs. 

In 2010 we have added employee web-based, self-enrollment to complement our traditional enrollment methods.  Coupled with a well executed benefits education plan, self-enrollment can significantly reduce workplace disruption.
